Anti-Resolution Promotes Small Actions, Not Big Goals, This New Year’s
December 27, 2011 New Year’s resolutions often fail because they’re unrealistic -- like quitting smoking cold-turkey or dropping weight fast. Goals like this -- these big changes -- can be very overwhelming. No wonder 88% of New Year’s resolutions don’t succeed.
That’s where our new product, Anti-Resolution, comes in. We’re here to help you choose smaller actions that will help you achieve those bigger goals. Want to reduce stress or save money? Great, you can! But you're more likely to succeed if you approach it in day-to-day increments.
We created Anti-Resolution to help people learn -- quickly and easily -- about a few small and effective small actions they can do to help achieve a bigger resolution. It’s time to stop the cycle of shame (and failing) and start focusing on how small actions, done over time consistently, can add up to the big results we want.
At MeYou Health, we believe in small actions. My colleagues and I subscribe to the thought that healthy small actions can have a big impact on our overall health and well-being. Find out more in the video below --
Question: What small actions are you pledging to do in 2012 to help your health?
