Jon-Erik Schneiderhan

Senior Rails Engineer

Jon-Erik comes to us from Rhode Island, where he also attended college at Bryant University, earning his bachelor’s degree in information technology. A tireless road warrior, he tests the limits of wireless connectivity each day as he commutes to and from work every day, coding on the way.

Jon-Erik is also no stranger to trying new things and solving complex problems. Prior to joining MeYou Health, he co-founded a web solutions company, specializing in building new websites, creating and supporting back-end systems, improving the user experience for clients, and managing the myriad business needs of a small start-up. Most recently he was the technical lead at Consilience Software in Boston, where he led a team of developers and worked in such complex areas as public health to build and improve client systems. He has expertise in more tools and applications than you can shake a (memory) stick at, including Ruby, PHP, Java, HTML, C, SQL, and numerous others.

Apart from work, Jon-Erik is a devoted dad and husband, and enjoys spending time with his family and connecting with nature. And when he’s not basking in the outdoors, he might be found in the realm of orcs and klingons, watching and reading the latest epic science fiction and fantasies.

More about Jon-Erik:
