Seth Lawton

Marketing Manager

No stranger to wearing multiple hats at once (figuratively, of course), Seth brings a diverse background to MeYou Health as the Marketing Manager.

Adept at online marketing tactics, Seth's career has taken him from Advertising Coordinator and Events Planner at Pearson Education to Marketing Programs Manager at Yankee Group, where he, among many things, successfully managed online marketing efforts and oversaw website redesigns.

Seth earned a writing degree from Emerson College. In his spare time, he volunteers in the kitchen at Community Servings and as a financial coach for the Strengthen Your Financial Future program. The latter explains why, among the people he knows, Seth is the obvious go-to person for explaining credit reports and scores. And since his alter-ego is a both poet and accredited financial whiz, he’ll dish out money-smart wisdom in Shakespearean iambic pentameter.

Seth's knack for numbers and strategic forethought will be put to good use at MeYou Health, a company he describes as "innovative", to promote our compelling web and mobile applications that help people improve their well-being.

Seth describes himself as a foodie, which goes a long way to explain his weak-in-the-knees penchant for dark chocolate (80% FTW). That, and his familiarity with Boston's South End sparks his passion for and appreciation of culinary prestidigitation.

More about Seth:

  • fave childhood tv show: The Muppet Show
  • once collected: the paper slips from fortune cookies
  • most over-used phrase is: "Right on"
  • finds inspiration in: adversity
  • totally geeks out over: serial commas; old school video games

  • secret talent is: revealing your celebrity look-alike
  • can be found most often in: argyle
  • fave websites/blogs to read: The Daily Dish; Food Politics; Slate.com
  • fell fashion victim to: too much hair product
