A well-being intervention that enables people to improve all aspects of their health, Daily Challenge asks members to complete one small action each day. In 2012, Daily Challenge was the subject of a 1,500-person randomized control trial. At 90 days, intervention participants showed an attributable increase in well-being of 2.35 points, enough to impact health care costs such as hospital admissions, ED visits, and claims.
